Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though some two-week stretches may occur. Our schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and includes trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy a 100% no-touch freight operation, focusing primarily on automotive loads with 70% drop and hook procedures to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, driving between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rates range from .45 to .55 CPM, along with a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are mainly located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially logging up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
