Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, some 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is meticulously maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck features:

• Inverters
• Refrigerators
• Qualcomm systems Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We handle dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock wait times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, predominantly consisting of automotive loads to ensure efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on hiring location, with 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
