Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Bristol, CT
Join the HMD Trucking team as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

If you possess a CDL A license and have a minimum of 12 months of driving experience, consider joining HMD for competitive pay, reliable freight, and a team that prioritizes safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
