Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive shipments, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock wait times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn between $1,350 and $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can log up to 3,000 miles a week. Our consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the month after your first 60 days of employment, with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. After 90 days, you'll be eligible for dedicated accounts.
