HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage compensation starting at 60 CPM, with typical weekly distances averaging 2,500 miles. Additional incentives are available for safe driving, passing inspections, referrals, and more.
Our drivers benefit from operating modern trucks—less than three years old—outfitted with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, alongside dependable in-house maintenance support. Drivers are home every two weeks and receive comprehensive benefits, including:

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Orientation Pay: $150
