Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR solo driver running dry van freight nationwide while operating from the Buffalo area. You’ll run long‑haul routes with reliable freight, strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM and weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus incentives for safe driving and clean inspections. Home time is scheduled every two weeks and you’ll work with a driver-focused operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dry van tractor‑trailers on interstate lanes.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections, secure loads, and complete accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch to meet on-time performance.
Requirements & Perks:
- Valid CDL‑A with 12+ months experience.
- Modern trucks (<3 years) with APUs, inverters, sleepers, in-house maintenance, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
