Home Time:

• Generally out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight availability.
• We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week stints may occasionally happen.
• Work schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, Internationals, and Freightliners.
• All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take the truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, featuring 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week.
• Competitive base pay of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for safe driving (8,000 miles monthly).

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes help ensure reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits:

• Health insurance coverage begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated account eligibility after 90 days of service.
