Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week stints may occasionally happen. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily comprised of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
