Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rate is .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for safe driving.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week with consistent freight lanes ensuring reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
