Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Buxton, ND
HMD Trucking is on the hunt for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of approximately 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping spaces.
- In-house maintenance support for reliability on the road.
- Home every three weeks with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- A valid CDL A license is required.
- At least 12 months of driving experience is necessary. Become part of our driver-focused team that prioritizes safety and success!
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
