Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Vacancy Description

Take on national routes with a reliable partner, returning home every three weeks for rest and recharge.

Utilize HMD’s modern fleet—trucks under three years old equipped with sleepers, APUs, inverters—and benefit from in-house maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with your co-driver to deliver freight safely and efficiently
  • Comply with DOT regulations and maintain clean inspection records
  • Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch and operations

Candidates need a CDL A license and a minimum of one year of team driving experience.
