Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Caldwell, ID
DBS Laredo is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Caldwell. We offer steady freight, competitive compensation, and ensure our drivers are supported and respected with reliable home time.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver freight to assigned locations.
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations.
- Maintain thorough delivery records and logs.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license required.
- Previous driving experience is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
