Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Camden, NJ
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an average of 5,000 miles weekly and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks, under 3 years old, equipped with APUs and inverters for your comfort.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks, along with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience is required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
