Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but there may be 2-week periods. Our schedules run Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may cover up to 3,000 miles each week. Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following a 60-day waiting period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
