Home Time: Drivers typically spend 1-2 weeks on the road, depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, two-week stretches may occasionally occur. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is comprised of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is outfitted with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% of our operations being drop and hook. This significantly reduces dock waiting times and improves efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base pay is $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM, along with a potential $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary running area is east of I-35, where dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
