Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Cedar Rapids, IA
DBS Laredo is seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Cedar Rapids. We offer reliable freight, competitive compensation, and a commitment to home time, ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver freight across various routes.
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs.
Requirements:
- Current CDL-A certification.
- Clean driving history with at least 2 years of experience.
- A strong focus on safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
