HMD Trucking is on the lookout for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers ready to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage pay starting at 60 cents per mile, with drivers typically averaging around 2,500 miles each week. Our drivers benefit from a modern fleet of trucks, all under three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers. We also offer reliable in-house maintenance support, ensuring your journey is smooth and efficient.

To qualify, you must hold a CDL A license and have at least 12 months of professional driving experience. Join the HMD team for competitive earnings, consistent freight, and a commitment to driver safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
