Home Time:

• OTR drivers are typically out for 3 weeks, followed by 3 days at home.
• Drivers within 100 miles of Centerton can choose to be out for 14 days for better home time balance.

Equipment:

• Operate 2020 or newer Volvo trucks equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators.
• Trucks are governed at 70 MPH, ensuring safety and fuel efficiency while providing modern comfort features.

No Touch Freight:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight hauling for general goods and food in 53-foot reefer trailers.
• OTR includes all 48 states with significant opportunities for West Coast driving, excluding NYC.

Pay and Miles:

• Solo drivers earn $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with $2,500 sign-on bonus per driver.
• Average earnings exceed $1,500 weekly, with additional pay for detention ($15/hour), stop pay ($15 per drop), and layover pay ($75/day).

Running Area:

• Covering all 48 states, with substantial opportunities for West Coast freight.
• Access to a comprehensive fuel network through Loves stations, including EZ Pass coverage for tolls.
