Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our well-maintained fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations that minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, our dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following a 60-day period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
