Home Time:

• Enjoy a schedule of 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, helping you balance work commitments and family time.

Equipment:

• Drive our 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for a comfortable driving environment.

No Touch Freight:

• Benefit from 100% no-touch operations with refrigerated freight across all 48 states, including routes in the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn an average weekly income ranging from $1,600 to $1,800, with a compensation structure of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, distributed as $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• Our OTR routes span all 48 states, providing a variety of refrigerated freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Benefits:

• This position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor role, which includes a passenger policy for those aged 18 and older at no additional charge. A pet policy is available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
