Join the Kay Agency as a Dry Van Company Driver. We are actively seeking skilled drivers ready to transport across all 48 states while ensuring steady pay and miles.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $0.62 cpm (W2) with a weekly average take-home of around $1800.00.
• No escrow or weekly deductions; you earn for every mile driven, both loaded and empty.
• Weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
• Work schedule consists of 3 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week home.
• Drive 2023 & newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH.
• We cover your flight and hotel for mandatory road tests and orientation.
