Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Chantilly, VA

Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for safe driving.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week, benefiting from consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
