Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs in Charleston, WV
Join the HMD Trucking family as a skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Driver. We are seeking experienced drivers to haul freight across the country.
What We Provide:
- Strong mileage compensation starting at 77 CPM Split.
- Average weekly miles of around 5,000.
- Bonuses for maintaining safe driving records, passing inspections, and driver referrals.
- Modern trucks under 3 years old equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
