Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time; however, some may have 2-week periods. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet, no older than three years, includes Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secure parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive products, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles on average. The base rate varies from .45 to .55 CPM, in addition to a $750 monthly performance bonus for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and income potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
