Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Cheriton, VA
HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer attractive mileage compensation starting at 77 CPM Split and weekly averages around 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks, under three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Consistent home time every three weeks, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- CDL A license required.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
- A focus on safety and a strong work ethic.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
