Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Chesapeake, VA
DBS is actively looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Chesapeake. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Your Duties:
- Operate dry van trucks safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery documentation.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL-A is required.
- Minimum of one year of driving experience.
- A clean driving history free of significant infractions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
