Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some drivers may be out for 2-week periods. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily focused on automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, based on your hiring location, with an expected mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rates range from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
