Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although some two-week periods may take place. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, with 70% of operations being drop and hook, which reduces dock waiting times. Our cargo primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient transport.

Pay and Miles: You can expect an average earning of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly, with reliable freight lanes ensuring consistent mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, you’ll be eligible for dedicated accounts.
