Home Time:

• Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight.
• We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occasionally occur.
• Our schedule is Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Drive a well-maintained fleet, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks come with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, mainly consisting of automotive freight, which minimizes dock waiting times with 70% drop and hook operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on hiring location.
• Expect to cover 2,500-2,800 miles each week.
• Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily focus on routes east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week.
• Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.
