Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occasionally be required. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is kept in excellent condition, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, assuming they meet secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We provide 100% no-touch freight, with 70% of our operations involving drop and hook to reduce dock waiting times, primarily focusing on automotive loads.

Pay and Miles: Expected earnings average between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on the hiring location, with a weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. The base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are mainly east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can apply for dedicated accounts.
