Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Be part of HMD Trucking's OTR dry van team operating from Cincinnati, hauling nationwide freight in modern sleeper-equipped tractors. You'll work with a dispatch-driven schedule that values safety and predictable freight to help you maximize miles.
Primary responsibilities:
- Operate a CDL-A dry van truck safely on long-haul interstate routes and secure cargo properly.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, keep accurate ELD logs, and report mechanical concerns.
- Partner with dispatch to plan efficient routes and meet customer delivery requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience behind the wheel.
Pay starts at 65 CPM with strong weekly mileage, consistent home time, and performance incentives.
