Home Time: Typically, drivers will be out for 1-2 weeks, depending on their location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times significantly. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Most of our routes are located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
