Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We work towards weekly home time, although some 2-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive goods, with 70% drop-and-hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500-2,800. Base rates start at .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
