Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of vehicles no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook processes, minimizing dock waiting times. 100% of our freight is no-touch, primarily comprising automotive loads for smoother operations.

Pay and Miles: Earnings average between $1,350, $1,475, and $1,600 weekly, depending on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles a month.

Running Area: Primarily running east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
