Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks depending on the location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, there may be occasions requiring 2-week periods. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes well-maintained vehicles no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, ensuring secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a performance bonus of $750 monthly ($0.09 CPM) for safe driving of 8,000 miles.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance commences the first month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
