Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Clayton, DE
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to manage freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of about 5,000 miles and opportunities for bonuses based on safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

If you hold a CDL A license with a minimum of 12 months' experience, join HMD for competitive pay, reliable freight, and a driver-focused team dedicated to safety and your success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
