Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Clear Lake, SD
HMD Trucking is hiring skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for nationwide freight transportation. We offer impressive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with our drivers averaging about 5,000 miles weekly, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support to keep you on the road.
- Home every three weeks, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum 12 months of driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
