Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate OTR dry van freight from Cleveland, TN for HMD Trucking, running nationwide lanes in late-model equipment (under 3 years) with sleepers, APUs, and inverters. The position provides steady freight, supportive dispatch, and in-house maintenance to keep you moving and returning home about every two weeks.
Core tasks:
- Safely transport shipments and maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
- Conduct required inspections and basic upkeep of assigned equipment.
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficient routing and on-time arrivals.
Minimums & benefits:
- CDL-A and at least 12 months’ driving experience.
- Starting pay 65 CPM, roughly 2,500 miles weekly, safety/referral bonuses, health benefits, PTO, and 401(k).
