Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity with attractive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. Schedules run from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: You will drive a well-maintained fleet, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning capability.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
