Home Time: You can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time; however, there might be instances requiring two-week stints. Our schedule operates from Monday to Saturday, giving you a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet comprises modern trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck comes with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature a 70% drop and hook operation, significantly reducing dock waiting times. You will enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for streamlined operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover the area east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to run up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage starts on the first of the month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
