Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of vehicles no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduce dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600, depending on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles in a month.

Running Area: Primarily focused on routes east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our reliable freight lanes ensure steady mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
