OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Collierville, TN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Collierville, TN, you’ll operate OTR dry van assignments for HMD Trucking, hauling reliable nationwide freight in late-model trucks (under 3 years) with sleepers, inverters, and APUs. The role emphasizes on-time deliveries, professional customer interactions, and utilizing company maintenance resources to reduce downtime.
What you’ll do:
- Safely move freight to scheduled destinations and keep accurate logs.
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment; complete required paperwork.
- Work with dispatch to manage routes and delivery windows.
Needs & perks:
- CDL-A and minimum 12 months experience required.
- Start at 65 CPM, average ~2,500 miles/week, safety/referral bonuses, full benefits and 401(k).
