Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week stretches may sometimes occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads come with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We ensure 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily located east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health benefits kick in on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional offerings include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may become eligible for dedicated accounts.
