Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight needs. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily made up of automotive loads for streamlined operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with mileage ranging between 2,500 and 2,800 miles weekly. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily focus on areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
