Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Columbia, MD

Home Time: Work for 4 weeks and enjoy 4 days at home.

Equipment: Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our fleet includes International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with inverters and 10-speed transmissions. During your time off, you can take your assigned truck and trailer home—no slip-seating required.

No Touch Freight: Forget about strenuous loading and unloading with our 100% no-touch freight policy, which includes 85% drop and hook operations. Focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency while transporting general commodities in dry van trailers.

Pay and Miles: Earn between $1,450 and $1,500 weekly ($75,400 to $78,000 annually), directly deposited into your bank account. Additional pay opportunities include layover pay, multi-stop pay, and safety bonuses, as we believe in rewarding our dedicated drivers.

Running Area: Enjoy routes that cover all 48 states, keeping you busy with steady freight and predictable schedules. Our established lanes ensure consistent miles and reliable income.

Requirements

  • • Valid CDL Class A license
  • • Clean driving record
  • • Minimum 2 years OTR experience
  • • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • • Ability to stay out 4 weeks and home 4 days
  • No clearinghouse violations
