Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive nationwide dry van routes for HMD Trucking from Columbia, MO as an experienced OTR solo operator. Expect to run predictable miles in late-model tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, backed by our in-house maintenance for reliable uptime.
Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate your CDL-A vehicle, complete deliveries and maintain compliant logs.
- Inspect equipment, secure loads and document any inspection or maintenance items.
Qualifications & benefits:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience required.
- Competitive 65¢/mi starting pay, weekly averages near 2,500 miles, safety/inspection/referral bonuses, home every two weeks, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
