HMD Trucking seeks seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers for national freight routes. We provide competitive mileage compensation beginning at 60 CPM, with drivers averaging about 2,500 miles weekly. Additional earnings include bonuses for safe driving, passing inspections, and driver referrals.
Our drivers benefit from driving trucks less than three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabins, along with dependable in-house maintenance. Enjoy home time every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
To join our team, you need a CDL A license and a minimum of 12 months of experience. Become part of HMD for rewarding pay, consistent freight, and a team centered on driver safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
