HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We provide competitive mileage compensation starting at 60 CPM, with typical weekly mileage around 2,500. Additionally, we offer bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and successful referrals.
Our drivers benefit from operating modern trucks that are less than three years old. These vehicles come equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, supported by dependable in-house maintenance. Enjoy a consistent schedule with home time every two weeks and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
