Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that offers competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some routes may require 2-week stretches. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset on Sundays.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times. Most freight consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. The base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily focused on routes east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins the first of the month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
