Are you a CDL-A driver pursuing an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occasionally happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We handle all dry van loads with 70% drop-and-hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, our dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program for our employees. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
