Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Columbus, OH
Join our team at Kay Agency as a skilled Dry Van Company Driver. We're seeking experienced drivers who are ready to operate across all 48 states with consistent miles and reliable pay.
Compensation:
- $0.62 cpm W2
- Weekly take-home average of $1800.00
Key Benefits:
- Dry van, live loads
- Weekly paychecks through direct deposit
- Work schedule: 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week at home
- Equipment: 2023 & newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH
- We provide flight and hotel accommodations for mandatory road tests and orientation

- Passengers over 18 years incur a $30 weekly charge
